So lovely was there for one night for our honeymoon they upgraded us to a suite. Was told our room was all sold out only could get a room without a window. The front desk saw our dress and gave us an amazing room. Love 10/10

This is a beautiful property. The staff was kind and attentive. The food was good. The roof top bar was amazing, but the set up and slow bar service was a little disappointing. The area is questionable for safety. Overall, the name and location are what you are paying for.

Beautifully restored that manages to hold on to the historical elements while bringing the decor into the present. Staff couldn’t have been more wonderful! Everyone was engaging, friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and beautiful. Lively bar scene and delicious food in the restaurant. All means this is where we will stay again next time we are in Birmingham!
