The property was very clean and all the staff were kind and very helpful. We would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Walkable to good restaurants, breweries, and the minor league ballpark. Great stay!

It's a beautiful hotel but for the six days that I stayed there the carpets in the hallways leading to my room were not vacuumed. The same little trash and dirt was on the carpet for the six days that I was there.

After a 2-hour wait to get into the room, in spite of having reservations & arriving after 4 PM, the hotel staff left a bit to be desired. The desk clerk had a bad attitude (her cell phone time was interrupted), and the bar/restaurant employee ignored us until we inquired about who was working in the area. Turned out that she was the bartender but restaurant closed due to no cook.

The room seemed not as clean. Towels were dirty (or stained, didn’t want to find out). Hair was in the shower. The beds were really nice though! Very comfortable. The blackout curtains were almost too nice! The breakfast was okay, we took a look at the selection and ended up going somewhere else for breakfast. The location among the city was good! Within walking distance or short cab/car ride of lots of different stuff. Overall, for the price paid, it could’ve been better but it wasn’t terrible.
