I stayed here for work, will not be returning. I was told the restaurant would be closed for lack of occupancy...ok fine. I was then told that I couldn't have a late check out two days later. How is it that there are so few people staying there that you can't open the restaurant but also that there's no way for me to have a late check out? I can see why nobody is staying at the hotel. Good luck.

I LOVED the customer service! I was their for 4 days/3 nights & EVERY single person on your staff during that time, provide 5 star service! From the valet, to the front desk, to the bar staff, to the restaurant staff, all class acts! And, your gym, was PHENOMENAL! All the essential equipment need to stay in shape, & they were clean & working. Now, for the reasons I didn't give it a perfect rating: Despite getting a non-smoking room, there was still the lingering smell of smoke. while it wasn't enough to ruin my visit, it was still persistent enough to make me aware of it. Lastly, my shower only had one glass partition to keep the water from hitting the floor. It seemed to me it was on purpose & not an error, or unsolved problem. I didn't understand that design, & I didn't enjoy having to use towels (besides the one they provide as a mat of sorts) to keep me from slipping & falling. But, otherwise, it was an excellent experience & very worth the value!

Its such an expensive hotel, tbey charge you so much and the service is not good.

The person in the front desk was not exactly friendly and neither the employee at the parking. Not at all.

The pool and outside patio/food truck was closed. We wouldve hung out there if it was open. There were adandoned scooters and homeless people along the creek out back.

Not sure how it was. The day I was to arrive they moved me to another hotel. I originally booked one room two queens. Moved me to other hotel which was a king bed…for two adult males. Not happy.

Property is close to I-35. We had a lot of road noise making sleep difficult. We were on the 11th floor and still had lots of road noise.
