We had to call maintenance because our shower was backing up. The hotel was very noisy. It was like being in an apartment where you can hear the people in the hallway, next door and above you. We could hear banging and water running. There was also a baby crying. It was at all hours of the night and early mornings around 3-8am. I've never been able to hear so much commotion at a hotel. You had to pay for valet parking which was outrageous so we parked across the street. It was not up to my expectations. I won't return to this particular hotel. I did like how responsive the hotel was, but there were so many things i did not like i just kept them to myself and just decided not to return.

Electrical issues. Half the power outlets did not work. One day an outlet would work and later that day or the next it wouldn’t and you’d have to try another. 5 day stay

The property is conveniently located to attractions and dining, but it is not a family friendly property. To our surprise, the wall separating the bathroom from the bed is made of glass, opaque but unless one turns off the light in the bathroom, one is backlit, and one’s shadow can be seen showering. Not a feature we cared for as a family of four sharing a room with two queen beds. The walls are painted a dark purple, and show signs of wear, especially in the entry and bathroom. There were stains on some of the towels and sheets. We also had to request towels as we had accepted the no housekeeping offer during our stay, but it took three requests and 24 hours to get the towels. The pool area was one wild adult party after another, which could be a feature for some, but not pleasant for us as a family with a child under 9. All in all, not a great stay for us.

This was by far our worst experience with a hotel situation. Offered an early check in which was not honored and the staff made me feel like the problem was mine. We arrived early for our check in, were told the room wasn’t available due to cleaning services and didn’t have records of my early check in request. I had the proof to show which was ignored and then we finally got into our room after calling Expedia customer service to find out why it still wasn’t ready. There was another family that arrived after us and asked to get into a room sooner and when we were finally given access to our room this family was coming out all ready for their event and we were still being punished for what- accepting an early arrival and not being honored with our request. Not accommodating at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This was not only embarrassing, disrespectful and unprofessional in a situation that I shouldn’t have been placed.
