Customer service is top tier. Everyone was helpful and kind. Overall the building was in great condition and very clean.

Staff was warm, friendly and helpful! Showers not hot—seems to be a running theme there…Warm but not hot… Shower door put on in such a manner you had to go in, turn the water on and then scoot back out till it warmed up…

I think there is public housing behind this property and the shower never gets hot, otherwise it’s a good value close to everything.

When arrived the payment system was down & couldn't check in , we came a little early so I let this slide but when we got in our room the bathroom door was broke which resulted in maintenance taking two hours to fix it causing a inconvenience to me and my family interrupted our plans , followed by dirty sheets & pillow cases houses keeping neglected to come in and fix it as the front desk noted them to do , then a staff watched my under age kids as we were at the pool inappropriately, biting his lip as a a man would do a grown women this stay was so unsettling . The front desk people were nice & the breakfast was very convenient but I would neverrrrrrr stay here again and do not recommend

The toilet doesn’t have a seat that’s large enough to cover it..Wake up this morning to no hot water so we can’t shower…I was charged extra for parking had I known on top of the price of the room I would be charge an additional $45 to park I never would’ve chose this hotel…I’m more angry at the fact that we can’t shower due to not having hot watef!!!

The staff at the reception were very rude not at all accommodating. No customer service . Worst stay ever . No hot water Delayed checkin due to absurd reason !!! Would suggest never to stay in this hotel
