"We love staying at this hotel, the room was big and the balcony view was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional, they help us check in ahead of time, offer coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, arrange our shuttle to the airport, etc they help in every way. The location is perfect with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to many iconic places. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. "

The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. "The hotel's location is fantastic! Hotel staff was so very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Shower was not great because I don't like overhead rain showers. Lunch at the restaurant was great. Breakfast is another story. Restaurant was empty and 3 parties were waiting to be seated, never happened. We all left. Found a great Diner at 43rd and Broadway called Brooklyn Diner. Fantastic! Overall nice hotel and we would stay there again."

"The front desk staff is not very friendly at this hotel. We had a leak in our sink the first night of check-in and they did not even offer to change our room. I had to request the change and they did not even apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel needs a make over, everything felt old and dirtly."

"Staff was abrupt and inpatient at times. It was a very busy day for the hotel. This site states rollaway beds are available for an extra fee. The hotel said that there wasn’t enough room for another bed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or hand towels. The location was awesome. The restaurant was gorgeous and all staff there were very friendly. I was hoping for more amenities "
