I would have said excellent for everything, except that my room was not made up. I stayed two nights, and no new towels or bed made. I had the do not disturb sign on until I left at about 11am. I returned at 8pm to an unmade bed! The breakfast however was quite good.

It was easy to find and check in went smoothly. Dining options in Dover are great.

Just stayed one night. We were going to tour UNH the next day and this was a quick drive over to campus. Clean room and met our needs. Small fitness facility and basic coffee and breakfast food in the morning. Good price point for what we needed

I live in New York City and my daughter lives in Portsmouth NH. This very well appointed and comfortable hotel would be double the price and is only 5 miles from Portsmouth.
