Friendly staff, clean comfy rooms, free breakfast, beautiful and clean indoor pool

The beds are hard. The tv had very limited channel selections. The duvet blankets had black stuff on them. The pool is not clean, you can see the grime above the water line all around the pool. A child vomited around the pool area and no one cleaned it, even when told to the front desk clerk and it was left over night for someone else to clean in the morning. It was not a good stay this time around.

Slight issue with cleanliness but all else ok. Beds are slightly stiff

Always accommodating. Hotel is clean, but concentration to detail could happen. Soap dish wasn’t clean, toilet could be cleaner. Other than that, it’s great. Quick check in!

Stained bed sheets
Posted 20 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe got into our room and one of the beds had what appeared to be two large blood stain on the sheets, it was disgusting. Not sure how a person from housekeeping would think this was acceptable. The person at the front desk immediately switched our room.
