Posted 7 Jan 2024 on HotelsIf you like a hotel that is clean, secure & calm, then look no further. I was very impressed by the level of cleanliness, even the pool. There is a baggage scan & metal detectors upon arrival. The hotel location is very calm & quiet even during the day. Breakfast buffet was exceptional...something for everyone. Burger at Skybar was delicious, though a bit pricey. There's also a bakery next to the lobby. All staff members were very courteous & friendly. Hopefully, someday they can have an ATM machine like some other hotels in town.

I was charged a bill for mini bar, which no one told me about when we moved in. All I was told, was that I enjoyed the drinks I must pay for them. Sincerely, I thought it was part of the package, since we were unaware until we were checking out. We were also told we were not the first to complain about. The manager even threatened us, and this is while we were running out of time for our flight. Also, we were told transportation was available, to drop us at the airport, but we waited in vain. They kept saying the driver was not available.
