my bathroom very dirty and the sheet has well

Staff very friendly and helpful. I’m short and Lakeisha loaned me a stool so I could get in the tall bed. Leathia is a superb housekeeper. Good breakfast options. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Was easy to find,room was clean and when our TV didn't work properly they upgraded our room to suite. Staff nice and very attentive to our request for working TV

no bath towels, dirty around the edges, desk person wearing lounge pants unprofessional, breakfast person unprepared

Bathroom shower was disgusting, there was mold and it was dirty. Toilet seat was broken and entry floor to the room was sticky.

room had smokers in it previously. handicap bench in shower had pulled from the wall. Had to wait for the elevator to be fixed.
