Had to make phone calls to get access to hotel and room as we had not received an email with the key code. Expedia were of no real help. It was another guest that helped us out. Once we were in the were no complaints and presently surprised. Breakfast was very good

I didn't know hotels like home hotel yet. Beacuse of the covid situation the hotel looked like closed whey I arrived late. But I called the number given by the reservation and I could contact with a kind person immediately and I got the code with whick I could enter. Personal in the restaurant were also helpful.

I asked for extra blankets for each bed but they were not there when we arrived despite being assured they would be. There was no one to talk to at reception and no one to take this up with
