They no longer have refrigerators, which was really difficult for us. Also, the bed was not comfortable. It was really hard and the bed was very creaky. However, the facility was very nice. The bathroom was great and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The food was really, really good and everybody was very nice. They could make some improvements to the rooms for comfort level and put back refrigerators because it's very difficult to be out in another country for a week without having a refrigerator.

Could be better, but will do for a night

Was really disappointed, that WiFi login had to be requested at reception .... Thats BIG minus. Pro .. is that they have cattle for coffe in the room .... and that there is parking at hotel.

Using this hotel several time a year and always happy with the service. Friendly, welcoming and if there are minor issues it is quickly resolved

They couldn’t find booking. They agreed a VIP upgrade but was given a basic room & lights didn’t work. Receptionists kept reassuring we were in an upgraded room but had to move us because of faulty lights into the upgraded room we should have been in. It’s terrible the staff were not correct in their assertion the original room was an upgrade. I’d add always avoided Best Western’s in the past and will in future.
