Comfortable hotel in a good location. Rooms are big, a little basic but everything you need. Wifi was very poor, the speed was slow and often dropped out - had to use my phone data to work from.

most silly excuse ever, ....
Posted 21 Sep 2020 on Hotelsthey didn't clean up the room and didn't provide with fresh towels. The very low level excuse was COVID-19. They raise the profit with eliminating any service !!! The mentioned, that we need to ask for clean up during check in. But we had NO REGULAR check in - only late check in with key-Lock and received NO information about this situation. Finaly they gave us a lousy EUR 5,00 credit note. HOW POOOOOOOOR is this Hotel Chain ??????????

Dear Peter,
thank you for your review. We understand you would like to have had your room cleaned during your stay. We give every guest the chance to decide weather to having cleaned the room or not. This is no profit raise, this is keeping low infention risk by trying to keep as much distance as we possibly can.
Most of our guests really dont´t want anybody entering their rooms. Those who dont´t mind, will get the regular roomservice done.

Nice staff but short on maintenance/cleaning.
Posted 9 Sep 2020 on HotelsThere was no desk attendant but she emailed me with the key box access. The air conditioning did not work so we had to open the window all night. Some of the light switches had residue which I had to clean before daring to touch them.
