False advertising on Expedia. This hotel listed they had transportation to the cruise port but when I called the day prior to arrival as the listing indicated to do, I was told the hotel “hasn’t done that in over a year.” It was the main reason for booking there and was too late by then so very deceiving. The room was NASTY! The “included” breakfast was NASTY! The bathroom was very dirty to the point that I felt it necessary to wear shoes to shower. The entire property was not at all as expected & now I know to NEVER book Quality Inn again!

This is right under the flight path to the airport. Very noisy. Ac was busted and dirty and didn't work well. Outside looked to be in disrepair.

We had to wait for a while for they to open and let us in. I had to knock several times. Their last shuttle is at 8pm, so we had to take an uber ($32.00). There were roaches in the room. And they left a razor at the bathtub, I imagine it was from the previous customer. Poor service.

The breakfast eggs were cold and whenever you want to buy anything at the front, the food was expired. There were no bugs at least and clean enough, but there is still a lot left to offer. It’s definitely cheap, though I’d be okay to spend a bit more if not to stay here again. Staff was not rude, at least. Not the worst stay if you only plan to stay one night like I did, but no longer.

The room was not good , pillows was flat needs new pillows , balcony to get to the room was always running with water I should be refunded by Expedia , this was not a god stay for me who trip was for health purposes, to stay in an untidy place

Rooms were not clean. The floor turned my feet black. Had a pool but no towels
