Room was clean; but no washcloths, only two towels. Had to go to service desk to get them, no water in bottles, not many choices for breakfast. only two elevates, long walk to rooms. We were told #69.00 for shuttle to dock, when car arrived cost $94.00!!!!!! Not a shuttle ,I guess someone's friend????? No food choices close.

lot of sticky surfaces in the room. hair all over the bathroom (stuck to the door, on the floor, in the shower). phone in the room broken. fridge was set to the lowest setting and i didnt realize until i pulled my yogurt out and it was soupy. turned it all the way up after that. airplane noise is annoying when trying to unwind at the end of the day. the “gym” had a bike, a treadmill, and a bench with only 1 pair of 50lb dumbbells. the eggs were served cold during breakfast a couple of times. there was a waffle maker for breakfast though which i liked. the staff was cool. the ac in the room worked wonderfully which is important because it was hot af out during my stay. free self park is a plus.

I liked that was inexpensive for the purpose of my visit to Miami, I didn't like that I stayed for 2 days and they didn't clean my room because I didn't tell, them, I never had that happened. When I asked the told me that I should had told them to clean, I think it should have been the other way around, they should have asked me if I wanted it clean cause I see that on other hotels, it's standard to clean the rooms. The other thing was that even thou I was staying there 2 days they activated my door card for 1 day, so I had to go back to the office to get the key activated again, they all look to be there not to provide a service but to earn a living mostly. The only good service I got was from the maintenance guy that went to fix the remote after it stopped working. I addition, I think, starting breakfast at 7:00am instead of earlier is another inconvenience, and that's what the service in that hotel looks like, do whatever is convenient to them and not for the customers, that if you keep that up you might not have much in the future, at least that's how I feel.

Toilet didn’t work half the time and if you stay more than one night you have to register your key card with the front desk more than once or it locks you out. Rooms were very clean and staff was nice.

Its an ok hotel to be honest. However there are parts of it that are completely unprotected and open. There should be more security measures like security guards, facility cameras and parking lot access restrictions.

There was no washcloths in the room when going to the front desk the staff was less than nice considerate they were more less standoffish as if I was bothering them. I would not recommend this lodging in the future, and I would not stay in the future.

The photos that appear have nothing to do with reality. The property is horrible. Very poorly maintained. Everything is old and deteriorated. Old and stained towels. Very worn sheets. I do not recommend it. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
