Hotel staff really welcoming and helpful, even when language was a barrier they did their best to accommodate our needs. During our stay we changed rooms a few times by choice (upgrading) overall good stay it was comfortable and clean. Room serviced daily. Only complaint is that some of the rooms the ac is right next to the bed so blows in your face
