I enjoyed my stay at this property. Please keep in mind that you will need an adaptor for the outlets. There is also only one key card given for the hotel, but you can place a random card in the slot to keep the power running while you are out. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There is even a restaurant on the main lobby of the hotel. Taxis are able to pick you up in the front entrance, and a subway station is less than a five minute walk away. I would stay here again!

The service from both reception and housekeeping was excellent. Location was good with many convenient stores nearby Except room was a little old but the area was big though

At first it looked like it was dirty but actually it was stained, the knobs at the shower could look as new if they would clean it with a little vinegar. One wall had many stains, it needs some paint. There was some dust in a place behind the bed. All little things that need to be taken care of and the hotel would look great.

The property was not at all like the photos displayed. The room was quite dirty with stains on the bed, walls, shower, and toilet.

Surprisingly good

I went to this hotel because I always wanted to try it. I just thought the outside design was interesting when I saw it in the past. I did not want to go back to Andong that night because I wouldn't arrive until midnight. The room I had was as advertised bigger than most rooms in Seoul. It came with a water cooler, free soda and free bottled water. It had all essential amenities, air conditioning you can control, etc. It was pretty much perfect in that regard. I also quite enjoyed the bathroom area. The only real gripes I had were that it looked old, and the actual toilet area smelled like cigarettes. Aside from that it was one if the best hotel experiences I have had in recent memory. I will stay there again

Room is big with a lot of space and very comfortable. Love the hot / cold water machine next to the bed.

Weird yet clean

The multi suite is a joke. A basement 2 dungeon with a fancy door amidst 2-3 stock rooms with a conference room inside the room. No ventilation or window or sunlight. Where One room can *by error*become 30 degrees while the other would be cold..because one heats by ceiling and other by floor. NObody knows how to control the temperature. After 3 people review, It comes to light that the TV remotes control the aircon with the additional device buttons. Toilet sink is with the kitchen sink! The spa suite is well designed and clean but not suitable for families. There is one door between a bathroom chamber and a toilet chamber. Both cannot be used at one time. It’s silly. It suits a couple not likely a family. Staff does not know if the room has speakers or cameras (4 of them) facing the bed, communication is a major problem. Technicians are rude to the guests. Front desk staff are kind.
