The owner let us in showed us around the property and left. We didn't know that there were other guests as no one was there when we arrived. They obviously weren't happy about us being there we cold hear them through the walls arguing about us being there that we were gonna eat their food downstairs in the kitchen. It made for a stressful stay we couldn't wait to leave in the morning early! The house is lovely, but they were doing construction next door and they showed up early to move fencing and the equipment, so glad to move on to next desitiantion.

Donegal visit
Posted 16 Aug 2022 on HotelsDo not stay here!! We only saw the host 1 time when we checked in and we never knew his name. The breakfast was left up to the guess to prepare themselves. The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and the towel rack would fall off when you would grab the towel, the flusher for the toilet was not seated properly. Worse place I stayed at out of the 8 places I booked for a 2 week travel around the island, a complete dive.

We really liked that we could use the kitchen. The sunroom was a great bonus. It was located close to the shops and restaurants. It was a great hub for the surrounding attractions.

Difficult Check-In
