We really like this place. It was centrally located and felt very much like we were having the Italian experience. Locals abound and a great little pub next door.

Residence Briona was a place full of character. It was proximal to the restaurants, museum and the sacred mount of calvary. The staff were very friendly warm. We highly recommend the place.

Pleasant reception; mediocre price/quality

Very pleasant and friendly reception by the owner and her son. The rooms (there are 2 available) are in an interesting ancient building. However, the room has some deficiencies: (a) wifi doesn't work in the room; (b) no aircon; (c) no breakfast available. The quality/price ratio was rather poor. The style of accommodation is not a hotel, more 'converted spare room' style.

Thank you for your review, the opinion of our guests are very important to us. We regret that you have disappointed your expectations about breakfast, it is not expected as you can see in the booking, because this is a residence. But the table was set and you found: croissants, rusks, jams, nutella, honey, coffee, tea and herbal teas as well as mineral water. The Wifi in that room is actually slow although we have placed many antennas for the transmission of the signal, the stone walls of the building of the 1200 create problems, for this reason, upon your arrival, we warned you and we proposed to you alternating in a larger apartment at the same price with fast Wifi. You have chosen the first one for direct access from the garage, which is paid, which has not been charged. We look forward to welcoming you again soon as our guest.

Mi dispiace signore vi sia strata fatta la multa perchè l'orario del disco orario era scaduto. Le mie indicazioni sono state chiare "i parchimetri sulla strada sono disattivati, ma se volete potete parcheggiare nel nostro garage" avete parcheggiato in zona con il disco orario senza esporre il disco e siete stati multati. Mi dispiace, ho fatto il possibile, ho telefonando ai vigili in vostra presenza chiedendo quanto meno che vi diminuissero l'importo ma, come avete sentito, la mia richiesta non è stata accolta. Ci impegnamo al massimo ogni giorno per rendere il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti sereno e confortevole ma non possiamo risarcire le multe prese sulla strada dai nostri ospiti per salvare una recensione. Ritengo questo comportamento altamente scorretto.

Gentile Signore, nonostante lei e famiglia vi siate" trovati molto bene" da noi, come avete detto tutti alla partenza, ha voluto penalizzarci con ben 2 recensioni negative perchè la sua auto è stata multata perchè non ha esposto il disco orario. So bene quanto sia frustrante ricevere una multa per una distrazione, specie quando si è con la famiglia, ma è impensabile pretenderne il pagamento da parte della struttura ricettiva che vi ha ospitati, a maggior ragione quando vi è stato proposto un parcheggio interno alla struttura al costo di 7 € e lo avete rifiutato. Sono cose che capitano, lei ha pagato per una sbadataggine, io invece ho avuto solo la sfortuna di trovarmi in casa una pesona sbadata e scorretta come lei!

Ein Highlight aus dem Mittelalter.

Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin die einem bei jeder Situation weiterhilft. Tolle Unterkunft. Außergewöhnlich Wohnsituation in einem Gebäude das seinen Ursprung im 13. Jahrhundert hat. Besser geht nicht .
