Arrived at 1:30pm they said room not ready and check in at 3pm came back 4:30 room was still not ready

Voco hotels regularly, and this is the best I’ve stayed in by far. The staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. Friendly, polite and helpful. I genuinely can’t recommend this hotel enough.
