The staff is very friendly and welcoming, a quite and clean place. The atmosphere was special, they never fail to impress me specially during this hard situation.

Good everything. All staff also good. Especially Engineering staff he is professional He is doing very good job.

Im not keen on being chased by security at the door, and called by the reception staff when entering the hotel, as they need to double check that i am actually a guest at the hotel. Then they ask for my room number etc.... Inconvenient
