Staff was not very pleasant, the room was not clean and net.

They put me in a non smoking room, but the room was smelling terrible. They staff inmediately change me to a real non smoking room.

Staff is very friendly!! Very accommodating. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service. Very efficient airport shuttle. Kids loved it. Have booked again for the return journey!

Great large hotel, staffs are friendly. Breakfast buffet was opened during Ramadan, the restaurant was just covered but plenty of options, juices, coffee, cold, hot options.
