I wanted today to cancel the rest of my stay but couldn’t on your website So I left for another hotel after paying one terrible night

The AC could not be adjusted in my room . It was stuck on 19 degrees celcuis . I called meaintence three times to adjust the AC they came but was not successful in adjusting it . As a result I got sick . I develop bronchitis and had to go to Hammad Hospital for treatment. I report the issues to hotel management and nothing was done to compensate me .

reat mid-range hotel.

Great little hotel. Attentive, helpful staff. Clean bedding and towels with super comfortable beds and pillows. It was a bit of a schlep from anywhere, but Ubers are cheap, so no big deal. Nice pool area, never crowded, but the poolside area could maybe do wit a mop down in the evenings. Good gym, well stocked with machines. The restaurant looked good, but was a bit pricey. This was a great hotel for the money we paid.

I did not like the fact that the some of the check in staff seemed not to know some basic information and their facial reaction when one took time to inquire about something . I liked the fact that most of the staff were friendly and particularly one guy who I think is the supervisor a Mr.mohammed (if I still remember the name)Arabic guy,very patient with the customer and professional,the security guys who always greeted one with a smile and a welcome,in overall it was a good stay apart from the few negatives.
