Recently I spent five days at the Seable Hotel with my wife, brother, and niece. We booked three rooms: two through Expedia and one directly on the Seable website. While the two Expedia reservations were confirmed as double occupancy, one room turned out to be a single. There was also a minor issue with the direct reservation. Despite paying for my niece's room in full with my credit card during booking, a "no pay" note was left there. This caused some initial awkwardness, as my brother and niece were my guests on this trip. Despite these initial issues, I was very impressed with the professionalism and understanding of the staff. Once I explained the situation, they addressed it promptly. Overall, the Seable Hotel is a wonderful resort for a relaxing getaway. Having traveled extensively, I can confidently say it was one of my best stays. The resort offers a simple charm, with a focus on cleanliness, delicious food, generous drinks, and amazingly friendly and professional staff. Since I enjoyed my stay and plan to return, I'd like to offer some constructive feedback on two minor points: 1. Housekeeping Schedule: The timing of cleaning activities in some areas seems inconvenient. Specifically, mopping large amounts of water near the breakfast area at 8:00 AM creates an obstacle for guests, particularly elderly patrons. 2.
