Check in process is very efficient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

lacking service when checking in no one carry your luggage.
Arrived early 5:30am if you want to check in early before 6am 🕕 it will cost you around 1.8 million which is stupid ridiculous price if after 6am will be half price.
He put me on the second floor I am not very please.
I won’t come back to this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel, we stayed 5 nights and nothing went sideways. The room was like the photos, clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice. Just be aware that the gym was located in a bedroom and it had one treadmill, one climber and a few weights. Not really a gym feeling. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the same for all 5 days, so don’t expect a variety. The hotel is nicely located, close to all major attractions, walkable. FYI, the hotel is not really located in district 1 as advertised, so for the pick up activities, we had to walk 2-3 blocks which was fine with us.

Good location, (slightly) quieter, easy walk to attractions and street food market. Very helpful after checkout, let us use the pool and Gym for shower before catching our evening flight home.

Great hotel with pool. In a quieter area not too far from Ho Chi Minh's attractions. Ben Than Street food Market close by for a variety of drink and food. Walking not a problem or use Grab for transport.
