Rooms were smaller than expected. The staff could be more attentive to clients at least just acknowledgement that clients are standing there waiting. The roof top pool had to be the highlight of the hotel. Staff were really laid back, didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel.

Amazing rooftop pool, friendly staff, the best buffet breakfast & Vietnamese coffee👌
Lovely clean comfortable room, our third time back here would highly recommend.

Beautiful location but they do look at your skin color!!!. Good old Vietnamese tradition. White first, yellow second. Terrible concept.

Amazing hotel and very underrated. The hotel experience was exceptional, from the room, staff, restaurants and amenities, everything was 5 stars. I would definitely book at this hotel again.
