The staff were amazing, super friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were on the small side, however that was all advertised before booking. Only issue was that the 'exterior' pictures of the building were NOT the hotel. The hotel was in a dead end street with no footpaths as they were covered with hundreds of scooters (for sale or rent maybe??) I wasnt very comfortable with using the alleyway at night. I've learnt my lesson and will Google Street view in the future.
We ended up moving to another hotel because of the alleyway, but that was just due to preference. Facilities and staff were good.

The property is in a great location , I would recommend and stay again .
Comfortable rooms great pool and very helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms are considerably smaller than most hotels in the area but well organized and clean. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. Cute little pool upstairs with buy 2 get 1 free cocktails and we were up there the entire night pretty much alone. I would say the only down side to this place minus the small room, is you can’t get to the river front because of a wall. If i had known that, I probably wouldn’t have stayed here. We kept having to circle around to try and get to the hotel.

Breakfast is Ok but staff cannot speak English.
Location is ok but I request for upper floor room, they gives me on 2nd floor. Last day they ask me to pay for small face towel, it’s cannot clean after washing, I said I put on floor to replacement, Strange!

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Room was a tad small but serve it's purpose. Excellent location. Walkable to City centre.

A good, decent 3 -star level property.
The only treadmill in the workout room was not functioning and the staff didn’t even know about it.
Small rooms but otherwise a nice hotel and I’d recommend it and would stay there again.
