Posted 7 Oct 2023 on HotelsLoved the European breakfast. I made my own fresh squeezed oj. Great cheeses, meats and breads. We had trouble with our rental car, but the front clerk was a great help.

Fairly basic hotel but great location for the historic town and good breakfast.
Very nice restaurant next door, Le 1 de La Place.
Parking at the nearby Hotel de Ville park is expensive for 24 hours but overnight 21:00 to 8:00 is OK at 4 Euro.
Jean Monnet parking is free, about 8 mins walk from hotel.

Great staff, easy to get to, clean but the place could use freshening up. Dingy carpets, towel racks loose, caulk was peeling from shower.

This place was a hidden gem to me. I had never been to Dinan before, was only there for one full day and wish I had more time in Dinan. My room was on the 3rd level and had a perfect view of the turnabout and nearby stores and restaurants. The staff were great and I had zero problems there.

One shower with no doors or curtain soaked entire bathroom. Another room with no hot water. The WI-FI and computer system was down the entire stay.
