The staff was pleasant, the pool was filthy and unusable. The room (especially the bathroom) was in a serious state of decay. Be advise there is a nightly very loud Kareokee bar in the resort about 50' from the cabins which operates until 10:00 PM nightly.

숙소 매지져는 자신들의 숙소 상태가 좋지 못하니 환불해주겠다고 말했음해도, 시간이 한달째 지났음에도 환불해주지 않았다.
자신들이 자신의 숙소가 잘 수 없는 환경이었음을 우리들에게 얘기했고 환불해주겠다고 말했음에도, 환불이 안 되어 요청하니 환불해주지 않는다고 한다. 어이가 없고 당황스럽다. 2박을 결제했는데... 단 1박에 대해서도 환불은 없었다.
이런 숙소를 호텔스닷컴에서는 계속 홍보와 계약을 하고 있으니 어처구니 없다. 호텔스닷컴회사도 그것에 대한 환불요청은 없었다.
