No elevator access is inconvenient with luggage and not mentioned upon booking.

Time to change the toilet to a hi-rise, low-flo-it's not 1970! Little things needed repair, toilet paper holder, moulding around door by tub a total mess and black mold starting. Very dark decor. Extremely noisy with teens running up and down halls, playing with ice machine. No answer at front desk to address this. Probably would not stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the sandman. The property was right across the big mall for some shopping and a short drive to Costco. The Hotel have a good size swimming pool unfortunately it closes by 10PM to all guests.

The room smelt like a whiskey distillery and there was no hot water for my morning shower.

Service wasn’t good. Asked for help and was told to wait 45 mins as they were having shortage of staff and others were busy in checkout

Room smelled smokey when we arrived. Thankfully the staff were kind enough to upgrade us.

We had a room on the third floor- room 333. Upon check in we were told the elevator wasn’t working so we had to pack our luggage etc up the stairs. Instead of telling us to go park in the back lot of hotel where our room was literally at the top of the stairs we were given directions for the long way down 3 long sets of hallways. The room had a large water stain on the ceiling. Wrappers under chair cushion from who knows when.

Had the worst view in Kelowna. Bottom floor in the tower looking at an air conditioner and black roof. I paid for a suite in the tower hoping to have a drink on a deck and look at the view. Nope. Hot tub was broken as well. At least the staff were super friendly. I did not say anything about my room.
