The staff was most hospitable! We had trouble with our shower and the hotel manager was most gracious. We had trouble getting a taxi to the train station and one of the staff drove us to the gare. Remarkable customer service!

Phenomenal property, all amenities are top shelf and the location cannot be beaten. Staff incredibly helpful and courteous.

The location is simply amazing next to the pedestrian area and shopping. The hotel is fabulous and the staff is friendly and helpful. Totally recommend it to anyone visiting dijon
