very very disappointing

We arrived at the hotel we were not acknowledged by the staff other than to take a name and then tell us which room. We had paid for a standard room an upgrade from Budget We had a room which had a balcony which barely seated 1 plastic chair and a small table it overlooked a corrugated roof and was completely boxed in, there was no view , no sun it appeared to be a boxed space for smoking completely impractical to sit out and enjoy The toilet was situated so that to be able to sit down you needed to have 1 leg either side of the shower screen as it was imposable to sit any other way, this also made it incredibly difficult to get into the shower as there was barely enough room to squeeze past the toilet We did not arrive until 20.00 hours, if we had been earlier we would have lost the money and gone somewhere else

Disgusting

It was horrendous there was cockroaches in the swimming pool they didn’t clean the pool the whole time we was there wouldn’t of even got in it anyway it was a disgrace the rooms had bugs all in it there was dogs and cats just wondering in the hotel everywhere didn’t even try the food there would not recommend anyone !!!

Holiday before start of season

Check in wasn't good as first they could not find our booking even though I had the confirmation email and booking number also they didn't know what half board was i had to explain it had paid for breakfast and evening meal . Breakfast was in the hotel it was basic but ok the evening meal however was in the hotel next door so not even in the hotel is had paid for . One night there was a wedding celebration and as the hotel is open plan downstairs there was nothing to keep the noise from upstairs so very long night . It says on this site water in the room and slippers we got water one night that is it ,no slippers and we got no tea and coffee we had to ask for a kettle so we could actually go buy some from the local supermarket. This is the second time I've stayed here first time it was fine for the price so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and just hope it was down to them getting ready for the new season .

Another hotel nearby was given to us, we tried to contact you, however phone was saying "we are experiencing technical difficulties." This hotel was awful. Besides they did not pay us the difference between these two hotel costs.
