Disappointment from itc group !!! No services provided !! At least not worth the money and not upto standard

We have booked this hotel for 2 nights for delux room but we haven't got the proper view post checking with reception they said all rooms of full of proper view. Also their toilet flush was not working properly. Have asked to repair it but problem was not solved. We have requested to change the room. Hotel staff has shown us othem room on same floor. The toilet flush problem was same in that room also. So they have shown room on newly renovated rooms on ground floor. Room was nice and specious and there is no issue in flush tank here. Another concern here there is no direct lift to reception or restaurant. The food is ok there are no verities in breakfast. Also there was some smell is coming from jungle area so we have to close the balcony glass. The hotel staff was very cooperative. Overall experience is ok but not that much good since we have paid 20k paid for 2 nights.

Good service and nice location Not in mc leodganj so traveling to the main tourist areas can be a hassle

Service at the hotel was excellent. Signage for guests driving in could be more visible. A breakfast only fare option would be great. Overall a very pleasant stay
