Don’t pass up this hotel. Heart it!

Nothing short of amazing. The hotel staff is top notch and treated me like a king at every encounter. The Bistro has great food, the fitness centre was well stocked, and the pool was great. A stark difference from a large chain hotel. Pass on Sheraton, Hilton or others and stay here.

It's a great hotel. The staff is nice, restaurant is good. Especially, the top roof bar is great! I will stay there again.

I booked Suite Room as shown at the time of booking but reaching hotel we were informed that never had any Suite Room in the hotel so cannot provide. Further I had booked my room for 3 Adults but since could not provide any Suite Room, they charged me USD20.00 per night for extra person. I think that the fault here is from Hotels.com since they have wrongly informed the category on their website.

Everything was good just that the bed sheets were not clean enough. I think they don't change the linen that covers the mattress every time a customer leaves.
