All staff right across the entire property appeared very well-trained which leads to efficient service. Extra polite and accommodating, and always eager to please.

That hotel was wonderful. Especially their pool bar and retaurants.

Entrance door guard are arrogant and not fit for 5 star hotel security, I was told that hotel has a policy not allowing outside food in moto hotel even for hotel residents. Hotel door security were rude and they didn’t allow sweets which was a gift to carry with me back to Australia. I expressed my disappointment to Duty Manager and he also confirmed hotel policy not to allow any food and reason in his words was hotel guest get sick and blame to hotel food. I told duty ma average that does that mean hotel residents can’t take food outside? They can get sick having food outside.
Restaurant conditions also very disappointing, too many nonresident guest during dinner and they were closing only restaurant open entire hotel at 8:15 pm
