It's conveniently located for vacations near Dewey or Rehoboth Beach. I was pretty happy with how easy it was to make multiple trips back and forth from the boardwalk and my hotel in one day. As for the facilities, you can tell this is an older building, but it's been maintained and kept clean, and the hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. That bumps it up a rank in my opinion. Thank you to Regina especially!

Heat came on and smoke detector went off. Room smelled even before that. Hair in bath tub

Strong smell of mildew in both rooms. Dirty floors in both rooms (bottoms of bare feet black within minutes). Almost everything in room was old, dirty and in disrepair. I can't imagine where the positive reviews are coming from.
