The rooms are well appointed and clean and cosy. The breakfast is nice and the lunch and dinner was tasty. The staff is friendly.
The bathroom needs a wider range of toiletries especially shower gel and dental kit. Also, mineral water should be served.. The shower place should have a small shelf to keep shower gel and shampoo. Towels and face napkins should be placed without asking for them.

We really enjoyed our 3 day stay at this hotel. Friendly welcome and set in a tranquil location, near to a good bakery. The rooms are big and cosy and spotlessly clean thanks to the housekeeping staff. Delicious food in the restaurant.

I liked the location. Close to town but away from the craziness. Staff was very
pleasant and professional. Always willing to help with whatever I needed. My
room was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. I recommend to anybody visiting Munnar.

A hotel with a very personal touch
Posted 15 Jan 2020 on HotelsA nice hotel about 1 km from town center. Great attitude of the staff and the manager. Evening buffet dinner was excellent and very reasonably priced. We stayed for 5 nights and after having dinner decided to eat only at the hotel and not to try our luck in the city. Special thanks to hotel manager Dr. Bilagy who conducts free morning tours of the area and all other employes who did everything so we could have a very pleasant vacation.
