Lovely hotel set in a lovely area and will definitely stay again. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Restaurant was also very good, but perhaps use hot plates so that the food stays hot longer but still very good food!

We stayed there for one night on the way from Amsterdam to Frankfurt. A uniquely shaped building with a unique history (former monastery and then a nursing home) with a church attached to the building, it has a pretty large outside territory and is surrounded by the woods with hiking trails. We had two rooms with two toilets, a mini fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle in the room. We also were lucky to have a one-of-a kind large balcony.
The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great! Definitely recommend!
P.S. important note- this hotel doesn’t have AC in rooms (this is typical for many parts of Europe). That was not a problem for us but if it’s important for you and it’s summer outside - this place might not be for you.
