It would be nice if the breakfast they served wasn’t out of processed food.

One of the reasons we booked was the pool and especially the hot tub. The hot tub was ice cold. A sharp nail on the hand rail was exposed and an outlet cover was missing in our room. We had to ask the front desk to turn the swimming pool lights on. Very uninviting. She said I don't know about everything

Staff wasn't very friendly upon checkin. There was still a drink in the room fridge, couple stains on the carpet. Pool area needs to be cleaned, towels most of them looked like they have seen better days. Breakfast on the first morning the eggs were dried out

That was the poorest excuse for an edible breakfast that I have seen yet in my 63 years

No electronics worked, A/C was not working, TV wouldn't work. Outlets not working, tube had broken controls

The bathroom was especially dirty!!! No toilet paper. None! I was not at all pleased. 😢 I would not ask for a refund. But I’d appreciate a voucher or a certificate for the next complimentary visit. Please? Thank you.

Not sure that anything was unique. Room was clean as was the building. The hot tub was closed. Not sure if this is an unusual situation or the normal. So often now I choose a hotel for having a hot tub or other amenity which is no longer in use.

We enjoyed our jetted tub suite!! We also loved having the fireplace!! The pool and hot tub area had a few wild kids though that were pretty loud. So we enjoyed our jetted tub in our suite!!

The main issue upon check in was that an employee didn’t think of the consequences of closing the pool & sauna. After my initial review, the pool & sauna did open but the pool was chilly. Still no hot tub.
