My only critique honestly is that the pool should be slightly warmer and we wish it was a tad bigger.

We stayed at this hotel for a trip to shop and visit Great Lakes Crossing Mall. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and hot items were switched each day. The pool was saltwater and clean. My only "conplaint" would be that the photos show a hot tub in the pool area, but the hot tub has been filled in, and the pool is small and very shallow. This made for a very crowded pool. Also, the pool was constantly out of towels which we never seemed to notice until we were already wet, and the pool area floor was a smooth tile which was incredibly slippery for our little ones who fell even when walking. Overall, great hotel but the pool let a little to be wanted. I would recommend updating the photo so that expectation matches reality for future customers. Thanks for a grwat stay!

The hot tub was removed in 2021 and we have been requesting that all online photos be removed that show it. The picture listed on the website shows and hot tub in the pool area, there is no hot tub!! Need to update the picture as that was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Will not be going back.

Again, we apologize for any pictures that are on the internet showing the previous hot tub. As with most hotels, the hot tub was removed during the pandemic, and unfortunately, the hotel has requested multiple times for all sites to remove the photos, but as they are public property, the hotel has no control over these. We are hopeful that as time goes by the posters of the photos will finally remove them.
