The room was not as pictured - it had an outdated fridge (white and discoloured), the bathtub stopper was broken, the chair was tattered and ripped, and the halls constantly smelt either of cigarettes or feces. However, the front desk person with the piercings was the worst part of the trip and why we left to stay somewhere else. We were here for 2 months as we were in a weird gap between houses. This person was rude and condescending and even harassed us in our room once to kick us out for not paying - even though we had the receipt and did. When she realized her error, she didn't even apologize but got more angry. Do not expect coffee as they say they have, popcorn, or any real amenities. Also they have been doing construction for over two weeks and are not done so it was noisy literally all day every day.

This place nickel & dime you from the moment you check in. No where on website does it state 150.00 hold and they do not release until 7-10 days later. Also they charge 75.00 for pets. The walls are paper thin, I heard everything. Beds were not comfortable. They charge 5.00 a day to leave your car in the parking lot. It is better than Roof end, but nothing special. Elevator carpet soiled, no daily cleaning throughout property.

The 150 is the incidental hold that we place on each guests card at check in. We release that hold upon checkout and your bank typically take 3-5 business days to release it back to you. Our pet & parking fee are both listed on the Expedia website.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room that we stayed in had somewhat worn furniture but was clean and well kept. The walls were a bit thin but not disturbing. I could sleep without a problem. Some updating work was going on and was sometimes disturbing. It's a dog friendly hotel so you will see dogs, but people seem to handle them well. The exercise room was nice. Sometimes I needed to get help from staff to get the treadmill working but, on the whole, it was ok because there were other machines to use. I would use them again.

Igot mu 1st room and it smelled like smoke, so they gave me a second room and it was bettrr but still smelled strange. (Ursula was amazing). Then at 8:30 for no reason a "house keeper " just opened the door without any warning and walked away. (I have license to carry by the way) that could have ended horribly. But he had no cart 🤔 . Not a good experience. Towels were mix match.

The drain in the bath tub was not draining properly. It probably had too much hair in the drain trap. You stood in a lot of water during a shower. The body soap dispenser was empty. The washing machines needed an ap to pay for their use. No exhaust fan for removing shower steam so the room was muggy.
