We stayed here for 1 night & one thing I do want to say is don’t come here if you DONT a good nights sleep. All night there was little kids in the room next to us. Being loud and disrupting the peace. We called the front desk to put in a complaint. They said they were going to take care of it & it was resolved for a little bit & then we had to listen to them again. Nothing was done to fix the situation. A little while later. We had to evacuate the hotel due to some little kids pulling the fire alarm @4 in the morning. We didn’t get back into our rooms until 5:20 in the morning. During that time there was no receptionist anywhere to be found. As we tried to get back into our hotel rooms and couldn’t. They were working. The receptionist look like every other person staying there. You can’t distinguish if they work there or not. So very confusing. All and all I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are still dirty and smell like feet, dust, & sweat. Towels everywhere in the hallway & even in the elevators.

The hotel was very dirty. The elevator buttons were held together by packing tape on our floor. Our room was very dirty upon arrival, the carpet had not been vacuumed in probably a long time. Not only was there crumbs all over, but the corners were packed with fuzzies and crumbs as well. The shower curtain had dark makeup lines on it, indicating that it had not been changed from the last person. The hotel ran out of coffee at breakfast, I asked if she could make me some from behind the counter but was told I would be charged and that I had free coffee in my room. We will not be back to this hotel, which is a shame because we do frequent the area for concerts and shopping.

Room was really nice and big. Nice layout, and clean. Pool was off limits for repair. Employees friendly, but busy in their phones.

1) Cleanliness: Age of this facility seems a bit dated: yes, it looks aged a bit. BUT, I can tell that they keep this place CLEAN! It's good clean place to stay 2) Staff are super friendly. Usually only 1 staff at the table. But she/he will chat with you, help you, and give you some good info as well. 3) Breakfast - cannot complain - they brew Starbucks coffee (though it starts at 6:30AM). Good decent quick food. 4). Location wise, not many restaurants near by - you got to drive out a bit to find yourself what you like.

Rooms are spacious but dated with stained carpets and dated furnishings. Weekend parties on our floor made the noise level high and kept the kids awake. Woke up to vomit in the hallways from the party crew, told the front desk and was still there when we left over an hour later.

e pool was acceptable. It could have done with a clean. Our first room did not have a lockable door nor power next to the bed. We discovered all this at 9 pm when we arrived. Fortunately they had a room to move us to but washing a6 Year old to move was a hassle. Breakfast was adequate
