Dirty dirty dirty. Gross condition of room. Bulldoze this property and start over. Regarding safety, the windows didn’t lock and we were on the first floor. Did I say gross? Yuck.

The rudest desk clerk that I have ever experienced in my life. Rude, disrespectful and completely inappropriate demeanor. Did nothing to address my concerns of non stop barking by 2 pitbulls next door… her reply was, and I exactly quote, “this is a dog friendly hotel… dogs bark…deal with it.” I demanded a conversation with the manager who did nothing but deflect and attempt to justify the dogs barking as service dogs-B.S.!! This hotel should sued for False Advertisement! Oh, I would highly recommend this if you are into drugs and late night visitation from apparently anyone that wants to come in and kick it with their friends….terrible, terrible stay.

Our toilet leaked. Outlets didn’t work. Then they charged use twice for our stay.

I found everything good except some weird smell on the corridors. I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had a weird smell and also the corridors. Other than that, property was really a good place to stay.

Room was fair for the price. If you have 5 star expectations, this is not the hotel for you. You will see unclean areas in the room, and trash compiled in the hallways. That is the average hotel these days. I travel often, and realized years ago ... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... So I can't complain, and I won't. The rooms are in dire need of upgrades.... Afternoon staff was excellent, she deserves to be working at a 5 star establishment.
