No shampoo they charge me twice for security deposit, in my checkout they charged me $98 because i booked this true 3rd party Expedia.

The pool was so dirty, there was a film of algae on the bottom of it. Rooms are outdated. I reserved a room with 2 beds, I check in and get to our room with only one bed in it. I went to the desk to ask and they said they are sold out of 2 beds so she gave me a free breakfast buffet coupon which seems like everyone there had one so it really wasn’t compensated very well. All in all I would not suggest this hotel. 10 years ago it was great. Not worth the price of almost 300$ for 2 nights!

This is my second time staying there and it will most likely be the only hotel I stay at when I’m in Michigan for work.
