Friendly service. But room was bad. Someone didn't clean our fold out and had no room available to switch

enjoyed our mini getaway shopping trip from Ontario, decided to stay another night after we checked out .Was given a different room that was like a sauna ,afer a unpleasant experiene with the night clerk was given another room .This room the TV didn't work properly and wasnt able to watch anything. Again called the Desk was told they would look after it and nothing was done,
Checked out in the morning and the Manager was very nice , gave us another nght free in our original room.
Very Happy with our stay overall,would come again
