"The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us. "Well, the reception stuff does not understand how to read an Expedia reservation. They are either not trained or pretend to be so that they have a reason for extra-charge. The elevator does not have safety sensor. It hit me pretty hard. It would have crashed a child's head, I'm afraid. I got bruises on my shoulder. Only one building has elevator. The other one has AC. "If you are expecting American standards you will be disappointed but if you know Uganda and have been before you will be pleased. This was my second visit. The hotel grounds are beautiful, air conditioners work. We will stay there again."
