"Not one to hand out 5 star reviews but Akra Hotel certainly deserves it. Check in was easy and straight forward and VIP facilities access was quickly provided All staff spoke English and were all attentive, friendly and accommodating. The food hands down has to be the best variety I have ever seen for a hotel in Europe. The range, quality and consistency was 5 star and I honestly felt like we were fed like kings! By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Housekeeping were amazing and kept to a high standard throughout our stay. Beach front isn’t really a beach but poolside area is great although could do with entertainment team putting some music on and try to add a vibe. But this is just ice on the cake to be honest, the cake as it is, is already tasty! Beach section has a bar and it’s pretty quiet so nice place to chill! We loved it and would come again "

"As a RC should be , but massage therapist was not Mandara quality , basic skills , and barber trades on getting one foreign customer a day and charging inflated USD for basic cut 15 mins , no waxing ,no burning facial hair ,he isn't RC but in basement scammer, the massage therapist gives impression of being Balinese , but basic skills ......these two non RC staff aside it was very good stay ."

"Staff are friendly. Call property is pretty well maintain. I stayed there nine days. The breakfast buffet was pretty much identical every day. Don’t forget for this property is located and Asia side of Istanbul not in Europe. Overall If I were to stay in Asia Side again, I will book this hotel. "
