"What really stood out for us was the exceptional level of service from the staff, alongside the overall comfort and quality of the hotel. My husband and I had a brilliant stay from start to finish. At reception, Atilla was extremely welcoming and professional. Upon learning that it was my birthday, he very kindly upgraded us to a room with a panoramic view, which was a thoughtful gesture and truly made our stay feel special. The meet and greet was handled expertly by Aliysa, who immediately made me feel welcome and at ease on arrival. Throughout our stay, the wider team were consistently attentive and friendly. A special mention goes to Mohammed in the fine dining restaurant, who anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and delivered service to a very high standard. The room was spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt relaxed yet refined. Overall, it was a memorable experience, largely thanks to the professionalism and warmth of the staff."
