"We had a great time staying here, this was our first resort experience and honestly it was amazing. We loved the food, entertainment and just relaxing by the pool. If you're looking for a relaxing time then this place is for you, I just wish we booked a few more days. The room was clean and spacious, however we didn't really need the extra bed or if it was joined with our bed it would have been better. The bathrooms were clean but I do feel they could have been cleaner, such as removing the water marks from the taps. I did feel that with housekeeping the level of cleanliness was not always the same and sometimes they would skip on cleaning certain things, however despite all of this I would still go back as it the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. The rest of the resort however was super clean, the staff are constantly cleaning the pool area and ensuring all other places are immaculate."

"This was our second stay at Swandor Topkapı. While we enjoyed our first visit more, we still had some positive experiences this year. Unfortunately, our room was not as comfortable as before, the beds could have been better, and the air conditioning was not working properly. We also felt that the customer relations team could have been friendlier and more attentive. We appreciated Efe Bey listening to our problems and trying to problem solve. On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Hürrem Restaurant. Şükrü was an exceptional waiter who provided outstanding service. Sadabat had a pleasant personality. The music was wonderful and added to the pleasant atmosphere. We hope these areas can be improved, as the hotel has many great qualities and we would like to see it return to the high standard we experienced during our first visit."

"The staff were absolutely amazing, and the hotel’s location was very convenient for exploring the city. My only disappointment was the food—it was edible, but lacked flavor and variety. I also appreciated the 24-hour room service and bar service, which is not something I often experience when traveling. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying at Delta again in the future."
