"MR.ÇAN THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, WE LOVE HIM. THE HOTEL LOCATION IS GOOD, 10 MINUTES WALK TO AYDER PLATEAU, SHOPS & RESTAURANTS. ALSO, HAS AN AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEW. THE HOTEL IS SMALL AND MATCHING THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. THE BREAKFAST IS REASONABLE & IS ORGANIC. ROOM IS SMALL BUT AGAIN TO MATCH THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. IF WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY THE NATURE, GO TO AYDER BUT IN SEASON TIME. "

"Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor breakfast not up to expectations "
